To Delete Elements from an Item Set
- In the Item Sets dialog list box, select the item set.

Click the Remove Elements from Item Set tool.
If the items in the item set are the result of a query, an alert box opens asking if you want to convert to a manual selection set.
- Click Yes to close the alert box and the Selection Expression column changes to Manual selection.
- Identify the elements to be removed from the item set and delete.
